Reservation Center Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday

Check-in time: Check-in is after 4pm (when unit is clean). See “Late Arrivals” for additional instructions.

Check-out time: Check-out is before 11 a.m on the last date on your reservation confirmation – no exceptions, unless prior arrangements have been made. Check out time can not be extended if the unit is a back to back. Housekeeping must have adequate time to prepare the units for the next guests. Keys must be returned to our office, a charge of $5 per set will be charged for all keys not returned. Guests not checked-out on time will be charged one-day’s rent plus tax and a possible $35 charge if housekeeping has made a trip to the house. Sorry, no refunds on early check-outs.

Peak season check-ins: (June, July, August, October & holidays) Guests should expect delayed check-in times (between 2 p.m. & 6 p.m.). Map & keys will not be given out until the unit has been cleaned & inspected. Do not purchase groceries or make plans to go directly to your unit until you have been notified that it is ready. We will provide you with the lockbox code so you can enjoy the area.

Late arrivals: We will be happy to provide rental packets with maps and keys for any guests planning to arrive after office hours, providing that the rental balance and tax has been paid in full and you have submitted a signed lease agreement to us prior to the arrival date. The packet(s) will be in the lock box beside the front door of our office (as soon as the unit is ready for occupancy). It is your responsibility to call 3 days prior to check-in for the code to the lock box, and verify the number of vehicles arriving separately. For safety reasons we can only give the lock box code to the person listed on the “Reservation Confirmation.” It is your responsibility to provide the code to your other guests arriving separately.

Maps & Keys: If your vacation includes meeting others who will arrive separately, please ask us to prepare extra map & key packets for them. Maps are not faxed in advance under any circumstances.
