The home includes 4 bedrooms (3 king beds and a queen over queen bunk bed in the fourth bedroom) and has 3.5 baths. The home features a fully complete kitchen with island counter, fireplace in the living room, game room upstairs and a washer and dryer. The back deck faces the creek and includes a hot tub and a charcoal grill.

The home is centrally located in the heart of Maggie Valley and is easily accessible year round. The Cataloochee Ski Area is only 5 miles away and only 25 miles from Cherokee and the casino and restaurants including Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse. Downtown Waynesville and it’s shops are only 10 minutes from the home and only 30 minutes to Asheville.

Non-Peak rates are $250 per night and $1499 per week.

Peak rates are $389 per night and $2400 per week.
